[There's a single moment where Al looks disappointed with himself, he had badly wanted to do well and remove some of the worry from Ed's eyes. He knows his brother is as happy as Al is himself, but he can also see an undercurrent of worry and guilt behind Ed's eyes. Al knows his stupid older brother blames himself for everything that's wrong with Al's body.
