You're wrong, Brother. I said you weren't a State Alchemist, I never said you weren't an alchemist, you've got that all wrong.

You might not be able to perform transmutations any more, but you're still one of the best alchemists I know. You don't need to use alchemy to research its uses, or theorise about what different transmutation circles will do... you can still be an alchemist in the future, Ed. You can help me find new things to do, other ways to use alchemy than fighting.
