We don't really have anything like that where I'm from, but it's kind of hard to make someone hear a song unexpectedly in Amestris. We don't have tablets, just radio.

He's silent for a good few seconds as that sinks in, heart aching for Tim. Why must his friend be so dumb sometimes? Yet a few seconds is all it takes for his resolve to firm stronger than ever. He knows Tim has not had a good life, so it's feasible he does know how to fight, and maybe he was just reluctant because of who they had been fighting. Not that he can agree with it, he's prepared to fight Ed at the drop of a hat, but he can believe it.

She's a really talented alchemist and fighter, she's just-- I think she wants to kill us sometimes.

I guess that makes for good motivation to get better at least?
make sure you point her out if she shows up here so I can run in the opposite direction tho

I could almost wish she was here, she'd probably have us all back home in no time. The snow wouldn't bother her at all, she trained for a month using nothing but her own wits and snares to survive for a month in the Briggs mountains and they're just as cold as here. I think she even a wrestled a bear there once.
