Okay, um-- before I do that, can you tell me who he hurt and why he should be on the list? Did he kill someone, or try to?

Brian, that was a long time ago and it was sorted out at the time. As far as I know, he didn't hurt anyone, he just took some drugs to stop someone abusing them. That's maybe not the best way to go about things, but it's definitely not enough to go on the dangerous persons list.
